OPERATION HOMETOWN OUTREACH (OHO)
When there is a need in the community, our folks work together
to meet the need. Some folks are in need of prayer, food,
firewood, clothing, home repairs, and a variety of other needs.
Praise God for helping us to show love and compassion to others.

BRICKWORKS AT CITY HALL - FOOD BANK
The Food Bank at City Hall is in need of many items each week.
Food distribution is held on Weds. afternoons from 3:30-5:30 p.m.
Items should be brought to the library side of city hall between
2-3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays. Please contact Elaine Bryant for info.
The following equipment is on a loan basis at Providence.
Hospital beds, walkers, crutches, shower chairs, manual wheelchairs,
potty chairs, one lift chair & a battery-operated lift to pick up
a person and move from bed to chair and vice versa.
Please contact Kay (403)213-9717 to set a time to meet at the
church to pick up items. Equipment donations are also welcome.
Accommodations have also been built in homes for those
needing ramps and other items.
Providence continues to help folks when a need arises in the community.
CHRISTMAS PROJECTS 2019
Samaritan Purse Boxes
A total of 33 shoe boxes were given for Operation Christmas Child.
The first load of boxes was delivered in November, 2019.
The second load of boxes was delivered on December 17, 2019.
Restoration Atlanta - RATL
Folks were asked to bring new or gently-used scarves, mittens and ear warmers.
These items were wrapped and given as Christmas gifts to the ladies at RATL.
Also, ladies are encouraged to donate gently-used purses for the ladies.
Angel Tree Project
Folks purchased gifts for names on the Angel Tree.
This project was sponsored by Community Brickworks.
HOMETOWN HEROES IN CHATT HILLS
Chris Marks presented certificates to Pat & Kay Long.
Pat and Kay were recognized for their dedication and commitment to helping people in the community. To this day, they continue to faithfully help and minister to others in the community.
